Watch: Cultures of Compassion in the Twilight of a Hyper-Masculine Economy

Watch this heartfelt discussion between Reverend and Organizational Change professor Sean Harvey, author of the forthcoming book Warrior Compassion and JumpScale co-founder Daniel Roth. The session explores evolving organizational landscapes through a lens of compassionate masculinity. Drawing on decades of experience working with both leaders and teams in traditional hyper-masculine office cultures as well as feminine leadership cultures, they discuss how to build organizations where there is a level of psychological safety and trust for all people to become whole, and where cultures of compassion can thrive.

It is critical that intellectual notions of compassion lead directly to embodiment and the regular practice of compassionate action in all organizational contexts. They also touch on current efforts within global corporations, police departments, military teams and other sectors to radically increase embodied compassion in the workplace.
