New Short Film on Indigenous Resilience Circles premiered in Hawaiʻi
After many years of humbling work, countless leaps of faith, innumerable unpaid effort, JumpScale is proud to share a sneak peak into our partnership with Native CDFI Spruce Root and our pilot program with them in Alaska. Big thanks to the JumpScale team that made this possible. We dared imagine a world where cultural resilience and healing collective trauma were core to building thriving businesses.
At the recent Oweesta Native CDFI Capital Convening in Waikoloa, Hawaiʻi, JumpScale and Spruce Root presented the new film along with the initial results from a breakthrough initiative in Indigenous economic and community well-being.
Over twelve months, ten Alaska Native-owned companies participated in a brand new business accelerator that is Indigenous-led and centered on founder well-being, healing collective trauma, and building business resilience. A second cohort in Alaska will begin in September, and JumpScale will be partnering with Indigenous economic innovation hubs to expand the program into communities worldwide over the next two years.
Watch the new film and contribute to future Resilience Circles.
