Resilience Circles Catalyze innovation and communal healing

Indigenous entrepreneurs are an essential part of building a regenerative and thriving economy rooted in wellbeing. Our innovative approach features culturally-centered, wellbeing capacity-building services embedded within a business growth accelerator. Our goal is to strengthen the capacities of Indigenous enterprises for ecosystem guardianship, long-term economic resilience, comprehensive wellbeing, and community mental health.

Support Resilience Circles for Indigenous entrepreneurs across the americas

In 2023, JumpScale and Alaska Native CDFI Spruce Root launched the first Resilience Circles to support Alaska Native entrepreneurs and business leaders. After raising nearly $7M to resource Alaska Native Resilience Circles into the future, JumpScale is now working with Indigenous-led organizations across the Americas to build an international network of Resilience Circle regional partners.
