Valentina Yaman is a serial entrepreneur, strategist, leadership coach, neuroscience brain coach, and most recently, podcast host. She is committed to creating multidisciplinary processes that support people on their journey to embodying their highest potential.
Valentina leads business consulting, mentorship programs, and masterminds for leaders and companies who want to embody their genius and make an impact in the world.
She received her formal business education at Bentley University, graduating with a degree in Managerial Economics. Additionally, she has formal training in Transpersonal Psychology, Vedic modalities such as Yoga YTR and Ayurvedic consulting, and various mindfulness and energy practices, including Reiki Mastery, quantum meditation, and somatic release.
In Ecuador, she served as CEO of FairTrade flower farms with 500 artisan farmers and created the first farm-to-table FairTrade online shop. Since then, she has been involved in various social enterprises focused on indigenous weaving, food sovereignty, and community building.
Currently, she serves as a Senior Advisor for Jumpscale, consulting on small business strategy and leadership coaching. She was also a Founding Partner in the UTU Fund, which supports economic sovereignty in Indigenous communities affected by the increased demand for minerals driven by the green energy revolution.
She is a certified Business Flight Plan Coach and has been consulting for small businesses in both the U.S. and LATAM to professionalize their operations and double their sales.
Most recently, she launched a podcast that combines 15 years of experience to create a space for deep exploration of human potential.
